Step 1. Apply
To find the ideal position for your qualifications at SAB, please take closer look at the World of Opportunities within our Beer or Soft Drinks Divisions.
Check our vacancies and apply for the role that you feel suits your skills and aspirations. If an appropriate vacancy is not evident, then register your CV and sign up for ‘Job Alerts’. We will contact you when a suitable position arises.
Step 2. Selection
Telephonic interview
Your CV will be rigorously screened by one of our Talent Acquisition Consultants or HR practitioners. You will be notified of the status of your application as soon as possible. You may be invited to undertake an initial telephone interview.
Meet us
If successful, you will be invited to a competency-based first interview. Success at this stage will be followed by a second interview and the participation in a psychometric assessment (dependent on the role for which you’ve applied).
Accept offer
Congratulations, we’ve offered you the job. We will fully discuss the financial aspects of the offer and provide you with all the information you require to ensure that you make the Smart Choice and choose to accept a career at SAB. Once offered, we undertake to complete a Reference Check before immersing you into the SAB family.
Step 3. Welcome
Join us
We will ensure that the period between your offer acceptance and joining SAB is as seamless as possible. Your induction begins as soon as you sign on the dotted line and continues well into your first year of employment. We’ll do whatever we can to welcome you into the company and make you as effective as possible, as quickly as possible.
