Step 2: Register and apply

Step 3: Successful CVs screened and shortlisted
Do you make “First Draft?” You will be contacted via email/sms to let you know of the progress of your application.
Step 4: Regional Assessments
Shortlisted candidates will be assessed during the month of August.
Step 5: Assessment Centres
Successful applicants will go through a panel interview and final round of psychometric assessment.
These will take place during the month of September.
Step 6: Reference Checking
Before an offer of employment is made, reference and background checks are performed. Make sure you have the permission of your referees as SAB will be contacting them for referrals.
Step 7: Offer of Appointment
Final offers will be sent out to selected candidates for placement by latest 26 October 2012 and letters of regret to the candidates who have not been “drafted.”
