SAB Sports Media Awards

In 2011 we made a commitment to undertaking a process of evolution regarding the SAB Sports Media Awards. This process began with introducing new judges, updating the categories and employing a completely transparent judging method. The evolution of these awards continues this year with our new online entering and judging portal.

This portal is currently in its testing phase and is scheduled to go live on Monday September 3rd 2012 at 08:00 when entries for this year’s competition open.

Once live, very clear instructions on how to submit entries will appear on the new site. Until then, here is the procedure on how to enter, should you wish to submit physical entries instead of through the portal.

After the competition has closed at 17:00 on Wednesday, 19th September 2012, all physical entries received will be captured electronically by our auditors, Grant Thornton.

All entrants will then receive a confirmation email that their entries have been loaded onto the portal.

This process will not hamper your chances of being eligible to win, provided the physical entries have been received before the closing date and time specified above.
