
The SAB Foundation aims to contribute to the economic and social empowerment of historically disadvantaged communities, primarily by means of entrepreneurship development and with a priority focus on benefiting women and youth in the rural areas, as well as persons with disabilities. It was founded in 2009 as part of SAB’s broad based black economic empowerment transaction called SAB Zenzele.
